What's included?
Every booking includes our cart, two professional baristas, the menu you choose, and all ingredients and equipment.
How much does it cost?
Your price depends on your bar and menu, guest count, hours of service and location. Send us your event details and we'll put together your exact price.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only additions are add-ons you choose, a travel fee for events more than 25 miles from downtown San Antonio, and sales tax. Everything is listed in your quote before you book.
How many drinks can each guest have?
As many as they like. Our open bar is priced by guest count, not by drink.
Do you have options for guests who don't drink coffee?
Yes. Our menus include loose-leaf teas and matcha, and you can add Chocolat Chaud, our hot chocolate.
How far in advance should we book?
We suggest 6 to 8 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. If your date is sooner, send a request anyway. We reply within 48 hours and will let you know if we're available.
When do I pay?
A deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. You can reschedule once to a date within 12 months. Exact payment terms are in your booking agreement.
What if it rains at an outdoor event?
We need a covered, level spot for the setup, so we recommend planning a covered or indoor backup. If weather cancels your outdoor event, we'll move your booking to a new date within 12 months at no charge.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Add a syrup in a flavor of your choice, made in-house. You can also add Dark Chocolate Ganache drinks (Mocha and Chocolat Chaud), decaf espresso, custom cup stickers, or a Personalized Menu with your name, logo and colors, plus one drink renamed for you.
Where do you serve?
We're based in San Antonio and serve events across the city and the Hill Country, including Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Helotes, Boerne, Bulverde, New Braunfels, Schertz and Seguin. Events more than 25 miles from downtown San Antonio include a travel fee.
How many guests can you serve?
From small gatherings to weddings and corporate events of 300+. For 76 to 100 guests, we recommend adding an hour so every guest is served without a wait. Events over 100 guests get a custom quote.
Do you travel outside San Antonio?
Yes. Events within 25 miles of downtown San Antonio have no travel fee. Farther events include a travel fee at the IRS standard mileage rate, per round-trip mile beyond 25 miles.
Do you have milk alternatives?
Yes. Oat and almond milk are included with every package.
Where does your coffee come from?
All of our coffee is roasted by GFN Coffee in San Antonio. We serve single origins from around the world, from countries like Guatemala, Colombia, El Salvador and Ethiopia.
Is gratuity required?
No. Gratuity is always optional.
